Worried and wondering whether last nights foodie fun time will ruin your progress? Read this ☝️
And before you skip to thinking about what physical habits you need to implement to ‘get back on track’, like:
🫠 starve yourself for a few days
🫠 do endless amounts of cardio
Stop and think about the habits that keep getting you in and stuck in this cycle of overconsumption, shaming yourself to more overconsumption, then over restriction… and repeat 🔁
Hint: it’s NOT because there’s food there! There is always food readily available to us!! It is just the tool you use for your response to another trigger. An internal trigger.

Your internal beliefs will inspire your actions and feelings. And we get to have control over our beliefs hehe 🤭

So you wanna feel SEXY ❤️🔥🥵 though you’re not showing up like it 👀
Confidence and sexy will be felt when you consistently show up for yourself physically and mentally. That is it.
Yes, your body will evolve. Though the misconception is that you body needs to change IN ORDER to feel sexy and that ain’t it boo 💅
Your body, life and feelings IS & WILL continue to be the byproduct of how you show up for yourself. Every time you do what you promise you’ll do and think progressively instead of shamefully of yourself when you’re not perfect… you will cast a vote in favour of feeling your most confident and sexy self 🤝❤️🔥

Here’s 3️⃣ things to keep doing if you don’t want to feel confident:
1. Telling yourself all the reasons you don’t deserve to feel confident. Looking at yourself in the mirror everyday, listing off every “imperfection” in your body and character.
2. Say you’re going to do things like go to the gym or start the new hobby, but never do it, or at least never stick to it for long.
3. Surround yourself with people and in environments that inspire you to be lazy, self-sabotage and do things that don’t align with your goals.
Do these 3️⃣ things consistently and I can guarantee, you will never feel confident within yourself 🫶

Start this simple. It doesn’t have to be more complicated than this.
Sometimes we make things more complicated than they need to be in order to just start/make some progress… because we’re procrastinating the discomfort of just taking action. Bypass that week of procrastination and build some momentum today 🫶
