We help your little love grow in confidence, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility 🙌🏽

We teach them how to wait in line, share, work in a team and cheer and encourage our friends. To have patience & accept our friends no matter what they look like, what they wear or if they are different to us 🤗

You're little one will learn balance, coordination, improve their fine and core motor skills, strength and flexibility, which sets them up with all the tools they need to be successful in anything they do in life! 😁

Are you kids lacking confidence??

Do they usually hide in the back or struggle to be infront of their peers?

All kids have different levels of confidence and we work with each individual whereever they are! 😄

Bring your kids along and see how we can grow this confidence in a fun, supportive and safe environment 🤗

Notice some of our kids easily come into the centre to show off their moves while some need Miss Tee to join in! The more silly I am the more comfortable they are! 🙌🏽✨️

To finish our 0-5 kids class we always stretch! We make it fun and silly so the kids love being involved! 😁🙌🏽

Its important the kids learn after dancing or exercise they need to stretch their bodies!

We also use this activities to practise counting! We count to 3, then to 5 and then backwards from 10! 😊😊

Its impressive how quickly they pick it up and all start counting! 🔢

Then once we finish stretching everybody gets stamps! 😄
