A lean build or bulk as we like to call it is one of the most underrated and most important things you should do and be spending your time in.

Is bodybuilding for you ? 💪
Most people that train in the gym are goal driven, they always need something to work towards and to a lot of people bodybuilding comes to mind ‼️
I am a coach that likes to ask people what they enjoy doing and work with them in achieving their physique goals with them things included, when it comes to bodybuilding though this is a different ball game, a lot of sacrifices need to be made 🤔
Eating out, alcohol and a lot of activities outside of your training in the gym will need to be limited or need to be put on hold for a foreseeable time to try and achieve a competitive physique on stage 🙏
Most very successful bodybuilders will live and breathe strength training and most of there life will surround it and the question then becomes are you willing to temporarily give up some of the things you love to jump on stage 🙏
These things need to cross your mind before you look to compete in bodybuilding as you can’t think like a bodybuilder just during your prep, most of your life you need to think like a bodybuilder to be successful 🫡

Training or Diet❓Which is most important for fat loss 🤔
In terms of fat loss alone then yes the simple answer is diet, if you aren’t eating under your maintenance you will not lose fat ‼️
But how many of you can truly say after each session “I gave everything I had in that session” ❓
Stop walking into the gym with the mentality of just training to burn calories, walk into the gym with the mindset of “I’m going to give this session everything I got and try to improve from my previous week” … take the same approach to training during a fat loss phase as if you were in a building phase 🙌
Once that mindset shifts combined with a diet to fuel your training the progress you make in the gym will be taken to the next level 💪

Now have lost 30kg with Tayla since she first started with me 🤯🤩
You don’t have to be perfect every week but it’s all about consistency and Tayla has been as consistent as you can get with her training and nutrition and we are still learning through this journey 😍
