Good mover is a Neurologic Music Therapist and stunning vocalist!
She pairs rock climbing, dog walking and Pilates to keep her mind, body & soul strong and healthy. I could listen to her talk all day about the brain, proprioception, the nervous system, music therapy and how it’s all connected. An absolute wealth of knowledge!
When choosing physical activities I think it’s a. important to choose something you enjoy but — also b. an activity that improves your cognitive function as well as your physical ability and Pilates is definitely great for that! I’d also argue that it’s amazing for your nervous system.
