update on classes❗️
Life has placed new opportunities in front of me, that require me to suspend all classes.

I’m grateful for the community we have created in Jacobs well and I hope that you all continue your practise at home with the tools that we’ve learnt. If you have any questions about your practise, please don’t hesitate to massage me.

I’m dropping Friday morning classes.
Monday and Wednesday 5:30 am classes will still continue.

I, unfortunately, aren’t able to teach at that time any more.

The 7am class will not be running tomorrow. (Friday)
