This lovely rain is helping the grass to grow for when our lovely Polly comes home. Today will still go ahead, it will ease off after 10😃👍….🙏🤞🙏🤞🙏. I have nothing else to do so will head down, we will have lots of yummy baked goods and craft. Pop down and grab some afternoon tea. it’s meant to get heavier until 9, then start to ease off🙏🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞🙏great little outing to get the kids out for a bit😃

Does anyone have a business product or service we could use for our raffle. One lovely fan of Polly has donated a gift basket. I’m donating a tea party worth $495, unicorn rides lessons etc. it would be nice to have non horsey prizes

Hi everyone polly update, she’s doing well, very flash in her purple bandage. Tomorrow’s fundraiser will definitely go ahead and hopefully Sunday as well. Polly’s bandage gave me the idea, let’s make schusters park a sea of pink and purple. Polly’s favourite colours. Please share the invite as much as you can please…and pray for no rain.

Hi everyone, I’m thinking to do some fundraising pony rides at schusters park this weekend, that will enable everyone to share on the local pages hopefully. It would be great to have as many helpers as possible to come down, support and help me do the rides. I’ll pop something up soon, if you could also share that will be wonderful🫶

Polly update, she is doing well. She’s been offered water. Still in a danger zone until day 3, but because of all her little riders keeping her so fit, she’s recovering well🙏🤞

Polly has made it through her surgery. Everything happened so quickly. The vet here told me to go quickly, I said should I wait until after school traffic, she said no just go. So Sofia and I took our darling Polly and drove. I don’t know how she even made the journey, 1 1/2 hours😩once we arrived they told us she was critical, and straight away prepped her for surgery. She wouldn’t have made it to the end of the day. She had 2 growths in her bowel which had killed her bowel. They took 1 metre out, I thought oh god, but the doctor said they can take up to 6 metres. Surgery and horses is very fragile. But she has a strong will and luckily from all the little rides very fit. The next few days are still critical in case of toxins in her body and infections. Thank all the children for their prayers. Thank you to everyone that donated. I couldn’t of taken this on with out you🙏🫶Still a long way to go. We’ll get there🤞

So proud of the lovely Zingara this weekend. She was a loan horse to the international visitors for a tetrathlon competition in mudgeeraba this weekend. It was a lovely event, some of the athletes had trained 4 year to be there, such a pity it wasn’t advertised for more support by gc locals.
