CONSENT IS KEY
While I ALWAYS ask my students if they're happy with a hands on assist I worry that sometimes in the moment people say yes in the moment because they don't feel like they can say no.
That's all about to change...
I've just ordered some of these beautiful consent tokens from to give YOU the opportunity to have a think before we start the class if you really are comfortable with a hands on assist. You just flip the token to Yes or No and I know how you really feel.
And whatever you want is OK with me!
I'm so excited to receive these because I believe deeply that people need to feel safe when practicing yoga at any time but particularly when they are new to it.
It's your body, it's your choice.

Learning to love yourself is one of the greatest things you can do π
If, like me, you spent years hating your body, thinking you're not good enough or perfectionism then it's a long, slow road to loving yourself exactly as you are and that's OK. We all have to start somewhere.
Start small, doing little things for yourself that show kindness and respect to your body, mind and soul.
Eat well, move your body, say no to something when you need time out from the world, take a hot bath, or just take a day off and park your ass on the couch!
Over time, it'll become easier to take care of yourself and put YOU first, and it will be worth it.
After all, the longest and most important relationship you'll ever cultivate is the one you have with yourself!

Effectively immediately the Saturday class times have changed and will now run at the following times:

This is due to strict council regulations that until now I was unaware of.

Had a full house at this morning's yoga class π«
