No-one is coming to save you.
If you have a dream, a purpose or a desire that you need live, then it is up to you to make it happen.
No-one else can take that first step for you.
You must take action, it is your dream, your purpose, your desire.
So, just today put the fear, the excuse and the procrastination aside and take the first step to live your best life.

Self-realisation is discovering why you have the limiting beliefs that cause you to make the same mistake over and over.
We continually look externally for self-help, whereas turning inwards and focusing on you will lead to discover who you are and what is your purpose.
Self-realisation is discovering why you have the:
• Beliefs you have
• Habits you have developed
• Desires you have
• Thoughts that you have
• Pain you are experiencing
• Blockages you have
It is also understanding
• why you want what you do not need, and
• why you do not want what you do need.
Self-realisation results in self-help which in turn leads to the ability to heal yourself, leading to Self-confidence, Self-esteem, and your purpose.

I know how frustrating it is to know what you need to do to make a positive change in life and yet continually make the same mistakes over and over.
This did not change until I understood, what I was blaming was not the reason why I failed to achieve my goals, the reason was the benefit I got from what I was blaming.
I now apply this to all aspects of life where I am failing to achieve my goals.
If I am trying to lose weight and yet blaming my inability to give up eating chocolate, ice cream, chips for example, then these items are not the reason why I am failing to lose weight.
The real reason is the benefit they are giving me.
They give us pleasure while we deprive ourselves of all the food we want to eat.
They are making us feel good, allowing us to be a rebel and break our own rules.
They allow us to be distracted from dealing with the real issues that are affecting our life.
When you get real with yourself and start to understand the benefits you are getting from what you are doing, you can then start to make the positive change that you want to see.

We are always looking for ways to grow personally, physically, professionally, all with the aim to be happier and to improve our life.

Anger and Frustration caused from being time poor, is not because you do not have enough time.
Anger and Frustration caused from being time poor, is because you do not set good boundaries.
Setting good boundaries allows you to get rid of some of the things you have chosen to do and reduce your obligations.
Over committing yourself is a dis-ease of the ego, low self-esteem or poor self-image, this will require you to overachieve to win the approval or to please others.
Today, we wear busyness like a badge of honor, are you willing to remove this badge and set boundaries, to reclaim your power and let your higher self be the beacon of light this world needs?
