The focus during PERFORM is on expressing the strength we’ve built. Expect lower reps, faster bar speeds, and more intent in every lift as we transition strength into power and confident movement.

THE PERFORM PHASE
The PERFORM phase is where everything comes together. After building your base in GROW and increasing intensity in BUILD, this block is about expressing strength, speed, and power. Expect heavier lifts, higher intent, and confident movement under fatigue.
Over the next three weeks we’ll progress through:
🔗 Power Triples – low reps with high intent to express strength while maintaining clean positions and bar speed
🔗 Cluster Sets – heavy work broken into repeatable efforts to hold quality under load and fatigue
🔗 Technical Taper – sharpen movement, reduce fatigue, and build confidence heading into deload and testing
Weekly Strength Split
👉 Monday – Full Body Strength
👉 Wednesday – Full Body Strength
👉 Friday – Full Body Strength
This phase is about lifting heavy without grinding, moving with intent, and trusting the work you’ve already put in.
Three weeks of heavier loads, smarter structure, and performance-focused training.
