Today had his last day with MDS. As anyone who has worked closely with us would know, Kane was employee #3 for us from starting MDS, and has been one of my close mates for 20+ years, which comes with its challenges in itself 😂

My god we had some big blow ups, but we had a sh*tload of fun too. Glad we are parting ways still great mates, and I hope you smash it at your new gig

We currently have a few operator positions available, and are still chasing 2 more HR/HC drivers.

- HR licence
- Minimum 3 years experience in civil construction, detailed excavation and road/pad construction
- GPS experience advantageous but we are happy to teach. All excavators fitted with machine control
- Pride in the work, attention to detail and pride in plant and machinery a must.

What we offer
- Great rates tailored to the individual (no two of our guys are on the same package)
- Work vehicle packages for operators
- Minimum 38hr weeks regardless of rain. No set numbered rain days
- Family first 5 day working weeks. Weekend work is never expected unless requested by operators.
- Brand new machines
- Long term project work, or large scale civil hourly projects
- Company employed mechanic with service truck
- Ability to transition from trucks into machines. We are currently upskilling a driver/operator
