Gold Coast United FC welcomes Fernando Vas Alves back to Coplicks as the Club's Senior Goalkeeping Coach.

Vaz Alves boasts an impressive Australian coaching CV having worked with with the National U20’s & U17’s squads at Football Federation Australia’s Centre of Excellence. After a long association with Brisbane Roar FC, including being a part of two title winning seasons, the goalkeeping mentor ventured to the Institute of Sport in Canberra full-time, before returning to the A-Leagues at the Wellington Pheonix.

3 hours of specialised Goalkeeping sessions (1.5 hours per day) at Perry Park, Bowen Hills.

•CLINIC 1
(8-13 years) – Wednesday 7 April (9.00am-10.30am) + Friday 9 April (9.00am-10.30am)
(14-Open years) - Wednesday 7 April (10.30am-12.00pm) + Friday 9 April (10.30am-12.00pm)

•CLINIC 2
(8-13 years) – Wednesday 14 April (9.00am-10.30am) + Friday 16 April (9.00am-10.30am)
(14-Open years) - Wednesday 14 April (10.30am-12.00pm) + Friday 16 April (10.30am-12.00pm)

All sessions are delivered by Brisbane Strikers Goalkeeper coach Fernando Alves (also Australian Under 20 and Under 17 national teams and has worked at AIS (Australian Institute of Sport), QAS (Qld Academy of Sport), Brisbane Roar and Wellington Phoenix.


Price – $105.00 per clinic (2 x 1.5 hour sessions)
