In our current block we're all about strengthening the fundamentals 💪

What might look simple — a sit to stand or a box squat — is actually one of the most important movement patterns we can train.

Why? Because it’s something we do every single day. Getting up from a chair, out of the car, or off the floor all require strength, stability and control through our hips, legs and core.

By slowing it down, keeping good alignment, and building strength through this range, we’re not just “doing squats” — we’re training independence, confidence, and long-term mobility.

Strong fundamentals = strong foundation.
And that foundation supports everything else we do — in and out of the studio.
