don't be so hard on yourself (including me) trying to get that body back, learn to love and appreciate those post partum belly rolls and high waisted tights 😍

Seriously though the Womens body is freaking amazingπŸ€°πŸ™ŒπŸ€±

It's Friday!!
Whether you have been sitting at a desk or have been feeding on the couch all week this stretch will feel ahhh'mazing πŸ™Œ

Don't have a ball? No Worries!
Instead use ⬇️
* Rolled up towel
*1-2 cushions/ pillows
*Be sure to support your head with your hands

β›” Don't attempt if you have any back issues unless you have the ok from your health provider.

β›” If Pregnant be sure to only go back as far as you feel comfortable & add more support behind you

Lets talk about Knee Placement in the Lunge!

* SOUND ON πŸ”Š πŸ₯΄

✴ A chair is a great way to help you keep the knee from going over the toes.

1. Line heel directly under the base of the Chair.
2. Lunge down without pressing knee into chair.
3. Chest proud avoid leaning forward.
OR . .

The side of the Chair works just as well.

✴ Keep the knee in line with the leg of the chair as you lower down into the lunge.
And all the same cues as above ⬆️ Happy LungeingπŸ’ƒ

Here are some tips for some arm exercises we did last week.
I'm using 400g tins --
1kg weight would be better or 2kg for more of a burn.

1.Openings- focus on keeping the elbows close to the waist and the opening coming from the front of the shoulders.
2.Side Raises - keep the tummy on and the neck muscles relaxed.
3.Stop Signs - try to keep elbows in line with the shoulders
4.Overhead Press - try not to flare the ribs as the arms go over head
