It's Friday!!
Whether you have been sitting at a desk or have been feeding on the couch all week this stretch will feel ahhh'mazing π
Don't have a ball? No Worries!
Instead use β¬οΈ
* Rolled up towel
*1-2 cushions/ pillows
*Be sure to support your head with your hands
β Don't attempt if you have any back issues unless you have the ok from your health provider.
β If Pregnant be sure to only go back as far as you feel comfortable & add more support behind you
