Well it probably isn’t surprising this HNY post is 9 days late, considering our last post before that was New Years last year haha. Anyway cutting to the chase, we would like to wish you all a Happy New Year ! One week in and it’s not looking ideal, however good health and staying in shape has never been more important ! We will get through this and continue to provide a safe, sanitised and Covid-free environment, where the only thing you can guarantee catching is great results 😉

Recently we have had quite a few questions about a new documentary on Netflix called Game Changers.
Whilst we certainly have nothing against veganism or being vegan in fact we actually coach quite a few clients who are.
We thought we needed to put together a post to clear a few things up.
Luckily has done it for us with a full scientific review.
So if you have recently became vegan or are considering it based on this documentary you need to read this!

Strength is often undervalued amongst the older population. Many believe as they get older that they must slow down and a brisk walk is enough to keep their body in check.
This couldn't be further from the truth. As we age our bone density decreases and muscles atrophy, unless they are regularly trained/strengthened.
As we specialise in personal training with the older population we are huge promoter's of weight training for these reasons.
