I am God…
And so are you!
You see what spirituality teaches us, is that God is not an external being… It is a STATE OF BEING 🙏✨
Spirituality teaches us that God is everything.
Now if God is everything and you are something then surely are you not God?
In my story I didn’t choose to seek out spirituality…
Spirituality sought out me!
You see I lost my brother 11 years ago and the first 10 of those years I spent numb to that very fact…
But on Karl’s 10 year anniversary I was confronted with a realisation
That the buried grief was coming out whether I liked it or not
So I had to ask myself a difficult question
- Am I going to deal with this NOW or drag it with me for the REST OF MY LIFE?

So I called my boss immediately and told him to clear my calendar!
I had a mission to complete and I gave myself a year to complete that mission!
The mission started with a question
- Where the heck did my brother go and what is the purpose of this thing we call Life? ✨
So I sold all of my material possessions and got a pup to assist me on my way 🐻❄️
I spent 6 months living a life of merely satisfying my needs and not my wants whilst simultaneously taking time to get to know as many new people as possible
And actually REALLY getting to know them by choosing to immediately be vulnerable… and I would stand in amazement with how vulnerable they were in return…
My 86 year old spiritual teacher explained to me that the reason I was feeling grief was because grief is just love plus absence. And that the reason I was feeling his absence was because I wasn’t…
- Thinking about him
- Talking about him
- Talking to him
Now I knew that the first 2 would be uncomfortable but achievable 😂
But for me - talking TO him seemed impossible!
But I decided at the start of this mission I was going to say YES at every available opportunity…
So on one of the most difficult nights of my life, I started my communication 🎙
This is the story of my Spiritual Awakening, my commitment to becoming my Highest Self and what he has said in return 🙏✨

💪🏼 To achieving his first ever Six Pack ✅
Matt came to me 3 months ago feeling…
➡️ Unconfident in himself and his ability to achieve life changing results
➡️ Low on energy - tired, run down, fed up and feeling unmotivated
➡️ Had tried everything to lose weight including becoming vegan 🌱
➡️ Hadn’t eaten meat in 2 years and felt weak in the gym
➡️ Wanted to achieve his first ever Six Pack but didn’t think it was possible (Still in the mindset of that 180kg kid)
Since joining the program Matt has achieved some incredible results!
So far he has…
➡️ Lost 1.2 stone of pure fat for life
➡️ Achieved his FIRST EVER SIX PACK 💪🏼
➡️ Increased his physical strength on all levels
➡️ Improved his mental strength to deal with the ups and downs of life
➡️ Improved his confidence to go after what he truly wants in life
➡️ Has fallen in love and is going to travel the world starting with meeting me in Bali this week 🌎💜

I haven’t openly spoken about this in 11 years because I simply couldn’t… but losing you was the single most defining day of my life. I held my ear to your chest and was there to the final beat. I carried this like a burden because I couldn’t see the beauty in it. But now I do. You were there for my first and I was there for your last 💙
Losing you broke me but putting myself back together made me ✨
I am better in every way because of knowing you and even better still for having lost you. The universe is a funny thing, it presents us with the exact situations that we must face to become the highest versions of ourselves. There’s always a higher purpose and it’s the people who have endured the most that have the most to give. You took one for the team so that we could all become better. I feel your presence now more than ever and I’m so grateful for you continuing to watch over me and showing me the way.
Brother, best friend, mentor and protector all in one how did I get so lucky to have you? Today is a day of celebration. This day and every day there after. Rest In Peace my brother 💙

I’m a big believer in the fact that if you want to do something you need to just make it happen…
I came to Australia 7 years ago as a lost kid in search of a place to stay and I found a home 🏡
I came in search of friends and found family 🤍
To everyone that’s supported me through this journey I love you all more than you could imagine and I am going to miss you more than you’ll ever know but now it’s time for a new chapter 📖
This is not goodbye it’s just see you later 👋

The BIGGEST PROBLEM with the fitness industry is that it is run by bodybuilders and not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder!
Being a bodybuilder is one of the most restrictive lifestyles that you could possibly live apart from being an Olympic athlete.
But if you’re not planning on stepping on stage or joining the BLOODY BOBSLED TEAM then it’s probably not a lifestyle for you!
So what is a lifestyle for you?
Perhaps it’s being able to eat out at restaurants and knowing what to order…
Perhaps it’s finding exercise which is enjoyable and sustainable…
Perhaps it’s finding a 90 day program which leaves you with not only a healthier body but also a healthier mind.
Perhaps it’s one that teaches you a set of skills in knowing how to make healthier choices for the rest of your life…
Perhaps then the results will be life lasting.
Perhaps that would be worthwhile investment…
Perhaps…

🔻We wake up at the same time every morning to the same alarm 🚨
🔻We get out of the same side of the bed 🛏, get a shower 🚿 at the exact temperature 🔥that we know we like, use the same “favourite shampoo” and pick out our favourite towel 🏖
🔻 We drink our favourite coffee out of our favourite mug ☕️
🔻 We put on clothes that we know look good and fix our hair the same way 💇🏼♀️💇🏽♂️
🔻We drive the same way to work 🚗Sometimes even arriving and not remembering how we got there 🤷🏽♂️
🔻 We sit at our same desk 📆 and do that thing that we know we are really good at and we do our best to do that thing as well as we can 📈
🔻 We talk to our same colleagues about the same things that we always talk about and we know we all like 🧍🏽♀️🧍🏽♀️🧍🏽♂️🧍🏽♂️
🔻 We get home at the same general time ⏰ and eat the same general foods that we know we like 🍲 🍽
🔻 We watch some known show that we know we feel comfortable with because we remember the dopamine spike that we got the last time we watched it 📺
🔻 And we go to bed at the same general time after performing our same evening routine 💤
