In these 8 weeks all challengers improved a lot their physical condition (strength, mobility & cardio), body measurements, food & health habits, energy levels, mood, confidenceβ¦

This list is more focused on health and based on science of my favourite ones. A mix of flavour, nutrients and/or benefits.
However you need a proper personalised nutrition plan according to your situation and goals.
You need to cover your main needs with a balanced diet: like protein intake & macros, kcal, vitamins & mineralsβ¦.

Hard work, consistency & the right training pays off!
β οΈAlso Good news itβs being without cardio and without strict restricted diet!
Training 4-5 days strength, changing some food habits like cutting down some food, increasing the intake of other ones, timing⦠+ increasing activity (mainly walks)
He keeps improving strength, feeling with good energy & mood, without starving or counting kcalβ¦and weβll keep going until reaching his best version! π€π½π

Awesome 2 months transformation & client spotlight πͺπ½ππ½
has been doing really good work and the results are coming!
Following an online program 3 days per week, good habits and having quite a flexible diet for the moment.
In only 2 months he had a good body recomposition, losing 1,5kg and a little bit of hip/waist body mass but gaining strength, muscle and 7 total cm!! How good
Muscle growth is a slow and long process but consistency , hard work and good attitude are the keys!
