HIP THRUST - Quads?? Am I meant to feel them? ⬇️
Yes because they’re actually a stabiliser to help you power through the glutes.
With the hips going low though, not that it’s a bad thing, but because the quads actually flex a little more than usual this is why you feel them!
Whether you go low with your reps or not, you’ll still be building glutes

1. it’s best to know why they are there and what muscles are around them so that you can reshape your body either way that you want it to be
2. Most of it’s based on genetics around the area and how your hips are set.. if I don’t pose side on, I’m very rectangular. Big hip dips.
But I choose to do this for my training to help me change the way they appear.

Toes UP , and heels digging downward.
Move the feet slightly out from your 90 degree angle to engage more hamstrings
