8 weeks of my September Reset Challenge done — and look at these results 👏🏽🔥

This girl has absolutely blown me away. She came into the challenge having never tracked her food before, never followed a proper program, and not feeling confident with machines or how to train for her specific goals.

This was her first real boost into her fitness journey… and she’s only getting started 💪🏽

Over the last 8 weeks she’s learned so much! How to track, what to eat to actually fuel her body around her busy schedule, and the basics of solid nutrition. For someone who had never opened MyFitnessPal in her life, her consistency was unreal! 👏🏽

And the results?
She’s dropped body fat, lost that uncomfortable bloating, feels 10x better in herself, and she looks amazing 😍

CHILLI PRAWN LINGUINE 🍤🍝

3 Portions
INGREDIENTS (3 servings)
Prawns & Pasta
300–350g raw prawns (peeled, deveined) tail off preferably
Between 225-300g linguine

Veg + Aromatics

1 small–medium white onion, finely diced
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
250–300g cherry tomatoes, halved
½–1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped (reserve some for serving)
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
Seasoning
1–1½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Sauce Base

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
40–70ml pasta water (added as needed)

To Serve
Extra parsley
Extra lemon wedge

METHOD

1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook linguine until just al dente.
Reserve ¾ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Build the Base
Heat olive oil + butter in a wide pan on medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add garlic + chilli flakes; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Make the Sauce
Add the cherry tomatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Cook 5–7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and become saucy.
Add a splash of pasta water to loosen.
4. Cook the Prawns
Increase heat slightly.
Add prawns in a single layer.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until opaque and lightly golden.
Stir everything together.
5. Combine
Lower heat.
Add lemon zest + half the parsley.
Add your drained linguine into the pan.
Toss, adding pasta water gradually until glossy and coated.

Optional:
Add 1–2 tbsp crème fraîche for a creamy touch.
Finish with lemon juice to taste.
6. Serve
Divide into 3 portions.

Top with extra parsley, and more chilli flakes if you like heat.
Add a lemon wedge on the side.
