Sometimes midlife feels like carrying a weight nobody else can see.
The exhaustion. The brain fog. The anxiety that comes out of nowhere. The irritability, the tears, the body that doesn’t feel like yours, and the pressure to keep showing up as though nothing has changed.
And somehow, we’re still expected to work, care for others, make decisions and keep all the balls in the air.
Sometimes we don’t need fixing. We don’t need another list of things we should be doing.
We just need someone to say, “I get it. Me too. You’re not alone.”
