A modern, evidence informed approach to Off Feet Conditioning (OFC) that enables you to profile, prescribe & integrate OFC within real world performance environments.

Pierre demonstrates how to:

👉Strategically integrate OFC into weight room and field-based training to support recovery, concurrent training demands, and aerobic base development.

👉Align OFC modalities with specific training outcomes, whether the goal is restoring readiness, building aerobic efficiency, or developing repeat effort capacity.

👉Embed OFC within daily training structures, including warm ups, contrast sessions, micro dosing strategies, and return to fitness progressions.
