๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ YES a calorie deficit is needed for fat loss, but it is not quite that simple.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ In order to go into a calorie deficit, you MUST be consuming enough to be able to take more calories away.
.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ If you are coming from a restrictive place of low calories, simply taking more calories away is not the answer. The reason is by doing this we are going to more than in the long run.

Breakfast / Break (the) fast.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ I am still learning all about this myself, and have heard some good and some negative negative feedback about it. I believe that anything that can help with weight loss that is safe can be a tool in your toolbox.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ if you decide to go down this pathway, I would recommend that you have guidance the whole way and you must work on your habits and behaviours during the journey. We also need to build muscle tissue so as your lose weight youโ€™re not losing muscle.
