๐๐ผ YES a calorie deficit is needed for fat loss, but it is not quite that simple.
๐๐ผ In order to go into a calorie deficit, you MUST be consuming enough to be able to take more calories away.

๐๐ผ If you are coming from a restrictive place of low calories, simply taking more calories away is not the answer. The reason is by doing this we are going to more than in the long run.

๐คฉ Studies show it is this meal, they can make a massive impact on the choices you make for the rest of the day.

๐๐ผ This first meal needs to be high and protein and well-balanced. This will help with Energy, eliminate cravings and keep you full for longer.

๐๐ผ After eating you want to be satisfied, well nourished and then can get on with your day.

๐๐ผ This would be by far my favourite first meal.

๐ช๐ผ Steak, egg, paleo organic fruit toast ๐ with chilli ๐ถ๏ธ honey ๐คฃ & fermented vegetables and pickles.

๐๐ผ this is definitely not everybodyโs cup of tea, but it is mine.
๐๐ผ Find your favourite first meal with high-protein, well balanced meal throughout thatโs going to keep you full for hours.

๐๐ผ I am still learning all about this myself, and have heard some good and some negative negative feedback about it. I believe that anything that can help with weight loss that is safe can be a tool in your toolbox.

๐๐ผ if you decide to go down this pathway, I would recommend that you have guidance the whole way and you must work on your habits and behaviours during the journey. We also need to build muscle tissue so as your lose weight youโre not losing muscle.

๐๐ผ Adequate protein & strength training IS MUST to support your metabolism as you move through this pathway.
