Want to elevate your upper body workouts?

Here’s how 🏋️‍♀️

Do 💪🏼

1. Warm up thoroughly
Before starting your workout to increase blood flow to the muscles and reduce the risk of injury

2. Include a mix of exercises
That target different muscle groups in the upper body, such as chest, back, shoulders, and arms, to ensure balanced development.

3. Focus on progressive overload
By gradually increasing the weight, reps, or intensity of your workouts to challenge your muscles and promote growth

DON’T 👎🏼

1. Don’t neglect proper form
Ensure you maintain good posture and technique throughout each exercise to prevent injury and maximize results!

2. Don’t overtrain
Give your muscles time to recover between workouts to prevent fatigue and allow for optimal muscle growth!

3. Don’t skip mobility and flexibility exercises
Incorporate stretching and mobility work to improve range of motion, reduce muscle tightness, and enhance performance!
