Sometimes, it's more about braving the storm, tears streaming like waterfall cascades, pondering the grand mysteries of the universe, and musing over the serene life of monks in their tranquil caves.💞

This week? Oh, it's been a roller coaster 🎢 of epic proportions in the theme park of growth, with more loops and twists than ever before. I've smashed personal records, hitting milestones in my business that had seemed as distant as the stars. I grasped the concept intellectually, yet the path to unveiling my true self remained shrouded in mystery. Like a chameleon, 🦎 my colours shifted with my surroundings, leaving me to ponder which of these myriad shades was genuinely mine.

I remember journalling reflecting.. Was any aspect of this ever-changing persona truly me? And if I can't figure out who I am what hope has anyone got??! And how the - do you begin to unravel this enigma?🤔

Yet, as I journeyed deeper, an enlightening realization dawned upon me: the nature of authenticity is far simpler than I had envisioned.

To be authentic is to be present and true in the moment, not confined to a static identity but fluid and adaptable like water. 💧

Water, in its essence, remains unchanging whether it takes the form of ice, snow, liquid, or v***r. And we are all-encompassing, embodying a spectrum of states and expressions while retaining our core essence. ❄️
