This weekend

Sunday 7th June - Monthly meeting 8:00AM at the Clubhouse.

Next Weekend

Saturday 13th June - Working Bee and set up for club shoot from 8:00AM

Sunday 14th June - HFA Club shoot from 7:30 AM

They shall grow not old,

And another year passes, I remind our Hinterland Family that whether your heritage on this land goes back a thousand years on this land, if you are descendant of a settler or a convict, or you and your family have come to this land recently to call Australia home, Please take a moment on the 25th of April to consider the ultimate sacrifice made by our Armed forces long in the past and in recent conflict, and to give the respect due to those who continue to put their hand up as the willing to do the same now and into the future. Those who have and continue to give up so much so that we can have the lives we have today. Give them a moment of your mind to reflect, as they have given up their lives for your freedom

Club shoot this weekend 12th April 2026!!!

Come along and help set up for the club shoot this weekend on Saturday the 11th April before the club shoot on Sunday.

Helpers will be rewarded with 50% club shoot fee.

Club shoots are a great way to familiarise yourself with the land that the club has to use for sanctioned shoots. Give yourself the upper hand by knowing the grounds!

What's more; Help set up to give yourself a front row seat to the madness that is the mind of our 2 very qualified, but often evil range setters!

March Monthly Meeting - This Sunday 8th March 2026

Lots to discuss, and many plans for the rest of the year!

Because this Year has gone so fast, I almost forgot to remind you all of our Club Shoot being held at Hinterland Field Archers this Sunday 1st March 2026.

20 Targets over 2 great ranges, and always a great deal of fun!

But before that, our club needs a few able hands to help set up for the event including raking the tracks and setting up the targets on Saturday the 28th February before the Shoot on Sunday

If you have any interest in the Mad inner workings of our Range Setters Minds, this would be a great opportunity to learn from the greats!

The Working bee will commence around 8:00am and continue through to around lunchtime.

We may be many, but under our one flag, we are One!

Don't be ashamed to be an Australian, but also don't ever stop trying to make Australia better than it was the day before!

And just like that, the Calendar for 2026 Begins and like a freight train, Battle of The Bows is nearly upon us.

Being held on February the 1st, it'll give all avid shooters a chance to blow off all the dust and get shooting before the first QLD Series points shoot in Grafton on the 21st and 22nd of March 2026.

And what better way to get back into the swing of things than to throw down the glove once again to our Traditional counterparts.
