Congrats to these 3 Young Dragons who graded to their next belts today.
Liam and Jett graded to Junior green belt and Kellan graded to orange belt.
A great effort from these 3 lads and look forward to 2022 to at our club .

Happy New Year to all students and Parents of Double Dragon Kung Fu for kids.
Hope your Christmas and New Years went well and that you are all rested.
Kung Fu classes for the kids will start in 2021 on Saturday January 30th at our usual time slot of 8.45am-10.15am.
This year is all about new beginnings and fresh ideas so looking forward to seeing everyone in class ready to rock with lots of focus pad work, more energy drills and heaps of fun😃.

Orange belt is attained by demonstrating the 1 st open hand form and 1st weapons form being the short staff.
Liam showed great focus and delivered a great effort.

It was a rainy cold day today but Lachlan pushed through his forms and pad work for an amazing effort and high scores for his grade.

Happy Easter All.

Hope you had a safe and restful Easter.
Hope all students took some time out to do some practicing and focus on stretching and keeping the body in tip top condition.
Hopefully real soon we can resume our Kung Fu lessons and get back on track with our 2020 goals.

Hi Everyone.

It is with regret to say that we will not be training on Saturday mornings until the Covid 19 virus has cleared as I want us to all to stay safe and healthy and ride this thing out.
Once we get the all clear which I am hoping will be real soon than we will resume class better than ever.
If we move into isolation at sometime I would like for you to take the time and practice your Kung Fu as it can be trained anytime and anywhere so that makes it the perfect companion when you need to start moving the body and crank up some motivation.
If you get stuck on any movements and need some help than pick up the phone and call me as always willing to help you out.
Until we train again please stay safe and look after one another.
