One of the MOST IMPORTANT movements in terms of strength, but also one of the most dangerous IF not prepared for correctly! Here are 3 easy but effective movements you can do prior to you deadlift set to prepare that posterior for action!

Too often I see "coaches" in this industry who really have no business being there. The end result is usually someone with little knowledge of certain movements (particularly strength) pushing someone to the point of injury...
I take pride in knowing that all of my coaches are beyond qualified and truly do practice what they preach 🏋🏽♂️

Can’t imagine being in the trenches as a teenager with my mates getting psyched to run at bullets! Grateful for the opportunities everyday provides, waking up to watch the sunrise over the ocean on the GC and remember these legends is the least I could do! Lest we forget
