Triathlon off season is the perfect time to do some cross training & enjoy some different types of racing. Multisport Gold will be having a Winter Squad Duathlon, run/bike/run, to keep those speedy legs spinning fast! Come along & join in the session which will have a focus on transitions, and enjoy (!) a higher intensity workout during! It will set you in good preparation for the coming season & getting used to that ‘brick’ feeling in the legs.

Matt & his team from Hope Island Chiro will be there for a post race rub down! So come along & meet one of our sponsors & their magic healing hands!

We will be having our usual bbq/breakfast afterwards. Come on down & bring the family as well, get involved in your squad & have some laughs along the way. Gold Coin donation to The Kitty to cover food costs.

As you can see by the pics already posted, we had a very wet morning this morning at Paradise Point. The Hard Core Peeps made it out to battle each other and the conditions! A special thanks to Kim's dad who was an excellent chef! Congrats to those who won raffle prizes & a fantastic effort by our newbies! On a very positive note, we managed to raise over $150 for Precious Hearts....money which will go along in assisting the kids recovering from heart surgery. A huge thanks for your generosity :-)
