Having a different session tonight. Getting into some bow work.

We’re back tomorrow. If you want to learn Wing Chun, this would be a great time to start your training.

I will recap some of the forms, intro into stances, footwork, kicks and close quarter fighting skills.

$10/session, first two lessons for newcomers are free.

Please remember, our new venue for both Tuesdays and Thursdays nights is the Robina Community Centre.
