It is with with a heavy heart that I share this news: Good health with Lisa will be transitioning ownership, as the amazing Candi from Be Inspired Health and Fitness steps in to lead our group fitness sessions.
This decision hasn't been easy, but I am confident that you will be in the very best hands with Candi at the helm.
As I reflect on the journey of Good Health with Lisa, I am filled with gratitude for each and every one of you who has been a part of this incredible 10-year adventure. It's hard to believe that it all began when my daughter Azayla was just 6 months old. Over the years, running this fitness business has not only allowed me to pursue my passion but also provided the flexibility to have my children by my side every step of the way.
This month would have marked a decade of business for Good Health with Lisa, and I am immensely proud of what I have achieved. However, as life often unfolds in unexpected ways, I find myself drawn to new pathways to further my career.
Thank you for every like, comment, and share. Your support has been invaluable in the growth of Good Health with Lisa, and I am endlessly thankful for it.
You ladies have pushed and inspired me in more ways then you’ll ever know, so thank you.
While I will miss you all dearly, this is not goodbye forever. I plan to stay connected and may even drop by for a session or two. My last week with Good Health with Lisa will be bittersweet, but I am excited for what the future holds.
