It is with with a heavy heart that I share this news: Good health with Lisa will be transitioning ownership, as the amazing Candi from Be Inspired Health and Fitness steps in to lead our group fitness sessions.

This decision hasn't been easy, but I am confident that you will be in the very best hands with Candi at the helm.

As I reflect on the journey of Good Health with Lisa, I am filled with gratitude for each and every one of you who has been a part of this incredible 10-year adventure. It's hard to believe that it all began when my daughter Azayla was just 6 months old. Over the years, running this fitness business has not only allowed me to pursue my passion but also provided the flexibility to have my children by my side every step of the way.

This month would have marked a decade of business for Good Health with Lisa, and I am immensely proud of what I have achieved. However, as life often unfolds in unexpected ways, I find myself drawn to new pathways to further my career.

Thank you for every like, comment, and share. Your support has been invaluable in the growth of Good Health with Lisa, and I am endlessly thankful for it.

You ladies have pushed and inspired me in more ways then you’ll ever know, so thank you.

While I will miss you all dearly, this is not goodbye forever. I plan to stay connected and may even drop by for a session or two. My last week with Good Health with Lisa will be bittersweet, but I am excited for what the future holds.

Starting from April 15th, Candi will be taking over, and she has some fantastic foundation memberships on offer until 31st of May. For more details, please visit her page at or feel free to reach out to me and I can connect you together.

Same community vibes, same awesome workouts, you will still have Simone and Kristen running classes, Transformation challenges, monthly socials, special events and so much more.... you will just have Candi instead of me!

🌞⏰. If mornings are not your thing when it comes to exercise, I’ve got a simple tip for you! Just set that alarm clock ⏰ and resist hitting snooze to fall back asleep. 🥱
It’s time to create a new healthy habit, just like how you regularly get up at 7/7:30/8 am or whenever suits you best.

As a fitness coach, I’ve seen many clients who were not morning people transform into early risers for their workouts, and they’ve reaped amazing benefits:

1️⃣ They have a blast during class and feel proud of their workout achievements.
2️⃣ They love the camaraderie of training with other women and enjoy meaningful conversations.
3️⃣ They find that they lack energy later in the day if they skip their morning workout, or they know they won’t be able to exercise after work.

So, if you’re doubtful about ever becoming a morning person, take a moment to reflect on where you are now. If you constantly make excuses, aren’t exercising, and are unhappy with your health and fitness, setting that alarm could be a game-changer for you!

Remember, your mobile phone has an alarm clock, so let’s make the most of it and embrace those early mornings together. 🙌🏻

Oh and we also have afternoon classes at 4:30pm if thats more your preferred time!

We’re looking for 4 mum and teen families who want to get fit and exercise in a fun, family friendly environment.
It’s buy one get one half price too!
This is for teens aged 13-19 who maybe aren’t in any team sports or who might be looking to start exercise but feel daunted when thinking of going to a gym.
We will make fitness fun for them, spark an interest in a healthy lifestyle, what a great way to encourage your child to exercise for the rest of her life!
If this is you or you want more info, please DM me, limited spaces as we’re only taking on 4 teens in our class.
