Small consistent changes to daily habits can equal a whole lot of change in body composition relatively quickly.
In 16 weeks I have dropped 7 kgs from just implementing some simple nutritional adjustments.

I’ve set an Ambitious goal of a sub 20min 5km. 🚀
Shaved 50 seconds since last all out effort 2 weeks ago. A long road ahead 😅
