Teriyaki chicken & hot honey rice paper rolls ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ”ฅ

MACROS ๐Ÿ‘‡
410 kcal | 35g Pro | 3g Fat | 70g Carb | 10g Fibre

INGREDIENTS ๐Ÿ‘‡
130g Chicken breast
20g Simple wholesome pantry teriyaki sauce
4 x Pandaroo rice paper rolls
150g Carrot
100g Red cabbage
100g Cucumber
15g Capilano hot chilli honey

INSTRUCTIONS ๐Ÿ‘‡
1. Cover 130g of thinly sliced raw chicken breast with 20g teriyaki sauce and cook on a non stick pan
2. Cut 150g carrot, 100g cucumber and 100g red cabbage into thin strips
3. Fill a plate or bowl with enough hot water to soak the rice paper sheet
4. Submerge a sheet for 10 seconds, swirl and once softened place flat on a plate
5. Layer on your carrot, cucumber, cabbage and chicken
6. Fold both sides in, then roll from the bottom up to close
7. Repeat for all 4 rolls
8. Finish with 15g hot honey drizzled over the top and enjoy ๐Ÿ‘Œ
