There’s something about working face to face with people that brings me so much joy & fulfilment in life 🤍 even after a long day, left with a sore body & giving so much of myself to each client, I continue to pinch myself that I get to help people in such an intimate setting. I’ll never take for granted others putting their trust in me, physically & emotionally.

I stretch every day because it makes me feel good, helps me recover faster, maintains my flexibility, avoids niggles & also, it’s pretty cool to do the splits 😜 so grateful I get to share this form of self care with people every day 🙏

What a throwback!! This is from 2016 after I was recovering from ankle surgery and getting ready to move overseas to a ballet company. I have put in over a decade to my flexibility and training. When I first started ballet I didn’t have many of the natural abilities... Had a pretty bad point in my feet, legs didn’t straighten all the way and my hips didn’t have full mobility. People think it comes easy but they just see the end result and not VCd the years and hard work that goes into it 💥

Peace out 2020 ✌🏽 it wasn’t the nicest to have you and happy to see you go 😄 but really there were so many positives I can take out of the year. Busiest I’ve ever been with my business, adopted a dog, took on a lot of responsibility and started studying again. Grateful for all of the learning curves and hoping the new year will bring more great experiences 🎆

One of my most asked questions, “Help me do the splits!!!” Now this isn’t an easy task to achieve but it also isn’t unattainable. Here are a few simple stretches you can do to help you get there. I recommend repeating these at least 3 to 4 times a week for at least 1-2 minutes each 🤸‍♀️ last 2 are the goal!

Before the new gym look 💙 it’s amazing what a bit of paint and adding a few small things can do to a room! Cannot wait for all of my clients to come in and tell me what they think. Also going into my busiest week to date since starting my business, I’m so grateful for the small start and steady growth ✨ couldn’t love what I do anymore and being able to make an impact in peoples lives 🙏
