Who is smashing her PBβs in the gym.
A few months ago we set a goal for her to hit a 200kg hip thrust, most people get scared to push themselves to the next level but not Rhea, she has always consistently challenged herself and progressed her lifting form massively over the past few months. Congratulations Rhea some outstanding results you should be very proud! ππͺπππ€β€οΈ
Hip thrust- 220kg
Deadlift- 122.5kg
Squat- 95kg
