Glow Photoshoot X Christmas party 🤍
It’s not easy to make a commitment to yourself let alone do a photoshoot but I’m so incredibly proud of this women for showing up. I know every single lady who’s stepped away from this experience has found a new sense of self confidence.

✈️ Travelled to Bali solo with

📈 Business grew 30% from last year
👯♀️ Expanded and hired to incredible women for
🇬🇧 Travelled to London for the first time
👩💻 Went to two events in Orlando and Nashville
🌴 Travelled to LA with my bestie
🥇 Won my pro card!!!
🥈 Got 2nd place in my pro debut at the show!
🎉 Enjoyed some much needed down time in Queensland with my boyfriend and best friends
And the year is not even done yet!! 🥹 although all of this is amazing, and I’m so happy... there’s so much that I don’t share online..

> The moments I felt so broke because I’d put all my money into my business
> The moments I’d panic about being able to afford competing

There’s a lot I don’t share online because it truly is a highlight reel. But regardless of all the not so good moments, the good outweigh the bad ten fold and I couldn’t be more grateful for this life. All the “bad” moments are someone elses dream. I’m grateful to have the struggles, it’s all part of the journey and ride.
I’m not special, I worked hard, manifested and never gave up. You can too. You can truly create the life you’ve dreamed of! 🙏

If you’ve been feeling stuck in your fitness journey, chances are you’ve tried some of these “quick fixes” or outdated methods.
The truth? Many common diet and fitness trends do more harm than good, especially if you’re looking for long-term results.

Here are 10 things I’d never recommend as a coach who cares about lasting results:

2️⃣ Fat Burner Supplements: These don’t burn fat and can cause more harm than good.
3️⃣ Cycle Syncing Workouts: Your results come from consistency, not syncing to a calendar.
4️⃣ Only Doing Cardio: Cardio alone won’t build the lean, toned look you’re after.
5️⃣ Dieting Year-Round: Your body needs breaks from dieting to maintain progress.
6️⃣ Only Relying on the Scale: Progress goes beyond a number—think measurements, energy, strength.
7️⃣ Detox/Cleanses: These do nothing your body can’t do on its own. Save your money!
8️⃣ Super Low-Carb Diets: Carbs fuel workouts, recovery, and overall energy.
9️⃣ “Cheat” Meals: Food isn’t “good” or “bad.” It’s fuel—enjoy balance without guilt!
🔟 Cutting Out Food Groups: Restriction leads to cravings and is rarely sustainable.
The best approach? Fuel your body, find balance, and follow a sustainable, well-rounded plan that doesn’t leave you feeling deprived.

For me it’s not about the first place trophy... it’s about the journey to get here.
What I love about body building so much is the growth it allows me to have.
Winning my last show or receiving my pro card was definitely not something that happened out of luck or right away.
It took me 5 years of body building to get here.
And that’s what is so cool about this sport is you can’t cheat your way to the top.
You compete once, you get feedback, you implement changes, you come back better. And you do that over and over.
Putting your all into something, getting feedback and coming back better is one of the most fulfilling things you can do. Whether it is a sport like body building or anything that you do.
And this is what truly drives me in this sport. There is always room for growth and improvement.
So although don’t get me wrong, I love to win, and I always strive for that goal... competing is way more to me than a trophy.
Just under 3 weeks to go until my Pro Debut. I know I’m a little fish in a big pond now... going in giving my best, having 0 expectations of the outcome and ready to finish this season off strong before a very much needed break! Let’s do this 🚀
