Swim twice a week and watch their confidence grow faster! 💙

When your child swims twice a week, they have more opportunities to practice, build on what they’ve learned and develop their skills with greater consistency.

Regular time in the water helps them feel more comfortable trying new skills, overcome challenges and celebrate those little wins along the way. 🌊

That’s why Swim Starter, with 2 lessons every week, is our most popular and most recommended membership.

✨ More practice
✨ Faster skill development
✨ Growing confidence
✨ More time in the water

And the best part? You get to watch their confidence grow with every lesson. 🏊‍♂️💙

From her first swimming lesson… to the Olympic Games. 🇦🇺🏊‍♀️

But Meg Harris’ journey didn’t start with a medal.

It started with learning to feel comfortable in the water.
Learning new skills.
Building confidence.
And falling in love with swimming.

Now, she’s back where every swimmer starts — on the pool deck, alongside the next generation.

Because you never know where one lesson might lead.
Every champion starts somewhere.
We are all Born to Swim.

What if the first swimming lesson is just the beginning? 💙

For some kids, swimming will become their favourite way to have fun.

For others, it’ll build confidence, teach important life skills and become part of their fitness and wellbeing.

And for a few, it could lead all the way to the Olympic stage.

Meg Harris knows that journey better than most. But before she was an Olympian, she was simply a kid learning to swim.

Because every child deserves the chance to find out where their swim journey could take them.

It starts with confidence.
It starts with safety.
It starts with one lesson.

Every child is Born to Swim. 🏊‍♀️

WE ARE ALL BORN TO SWIM 🏊‍♀️💙

Water is part of so many of our favourite family moments.
The excitement of jumping in. The laughter that comes with a big splash. Learning something new. Watching grandparents, siblings and parents share the water together.
But before children can confidently enjoy those moments, they need the skills to feel comfortable and capable in the water.

That’s where the journey begins.

Swimming lessons give children the opportunity to build confidence, develop essential water safety skills and gradually become more independent in the water.

And every child’s journey looks different.

Some will swim for fun.
Some will swim for fitness.
Some will swim for life.
And some might discover a love of racing.
There’s no single destination.

What matters is giving every child the opportunity to start their journey and build skills they can carry with them for life.

Everyone is Born to Swim. 💙

BORN TO FLOAT 💙💦

There’s a moment when a child realises they can trust the water.
Maybe it starts with being supported.
Then a little less support.
Then suddenly, they’re floating on their own.

It might look like a simple milestone, but learning to float is an important part of becoming comfortable and capable in the water.

It teaches children to relax, control their breathing and understand how their body moves in the water. And perhaps most importantly, it can help build the confidence to stay calm and keep learning.

Like every part of the swimming journey, it takes time. Some children find it easy straight away, while others need a little more encouragement and repetition. There’s no rush.

Every float, every kick and every attempt is another step towards greater water confidence and lifelong water safety.

Because sometimes the biggest progress happens when a child simply learns to trust themselves.

Born to Float. Born to Swim. 💙
