As of July 1st 2025 our pricing will go to $5 per session per $10 per week or $40 a month with families getting involved for $10 per session $20 per week or $80 a month. This change come to attract more athletes and also to address cost of living issues. Please remember I’m a level 3 qualified distance running coach with national representatives and state record holders athletes that I have coached in the past. Training times are 4pm Monday and Wednesday until close to 5pm ranging from athletes 10yrs and older. Come try first session at no cost.

Now the Olympics have wrapped up. Let’s think about training for LA or long term Brisbane. You might not get there but why not have a go, as I’ve been coaching a small group for the past 2 decades I’m always looking for new athletes. I coach a group on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4-5ish at woodlands park off swanton dr at a cost of $10 per athlete per session. I’m looking at doing private sessions at a higher cost dm here for more information.

Athletics Sprint Series - Gold Coast Performance Centre The InkCo Athletics Sprint Series Competition is held at the Gold Coast Performance Centre in 2024.

Well done to our athletes competing today at the Queensland cross country championships Lainey is back to her best with a 7th place finish at her last event at high school cross country while Ethan finished 8th in the u11 not far off first place who was 20secs ahead of him. While top athlete from our squad didn’t have the best outcome Luke still held his head high and finished around 20th. Proud to coach these great young athletes.
