My mum and I have always done exercise on our walks ever since I was a kid. I learned to spot a great set of stairs from a mile away that we could run up. I was a very fit kid and I now realise my mum was just trying to get in her workout and wear out her kids who had so much energy and wouldn’t sleep 😅. My passion for health and fitness came from my parents and I’m so grateful that they educated me about health, fitness and nutrition (and also not to care what people think when you’re exercising in public). Guess who’s back! Back again! Tait’s back training after yet another surgery to whip her gallbladder out. She’s had a bit of a rough trot the past year but we are thinking that all that bad energy was tied to her gallbladder and now it’s gone! 🤞🏼💪🏼😅. Today was just activation at a much lighter weight to make sure her recovery is supported but she’s very relieved to be back into it.
Fun fact! Where does the word DUMBBELL come from? If you know me you know I love a good fact, I’m super curious and I have a LOT of questions! This one I found really interesting 😊🏋🏻♀️

Anyone else get super antsy when you haven’t worked out in a couple of days? Our trip to for rowing was gorgeous! And because the airport was full of athletes from the Australian Rowing Championships, no one gave a toss that I was doing squats in the middle of the airport 😅
Who’s the real MVP here? Okay it’s still .tait … face pulls is another exercise that we have adapted slightly so that Sara can do them in her wheelchair. I hold onto the back of her chair because she is pulling so much weight that her chair wouldn’t remain stable otherwise. Some exercises require adjustment and tweaking so that she can do them and/or get the best benefit out of them. Let me know in the comments if you want to know how she does other things.
It is so hard to look like a body builder especially as a woman. It is not something that can happen accidentally. You will however get stronger, leaner and sexier… fair warning ⚠️
