Congratulations to all the students that graded last night. A great grading from you all. A special congratulations to, Lucas promoted from Black black to 1st Degree embroidered Black Belt. Herbert to 2nd Degree, Yasmin and Jay promoted to junior 1st Degree Black Belt.
Striking training is still on tonight 5 pm to 6 pm, short and sharp. Runaway Bay.

Dear students and parents the international Taekwondo grading is on Wednesday night. Please come in early to help set up. Any students that wish to attend and help out would be much appreciated. I will be at the school by 4.30, see you there, good luck to yo all.

For those students that are training a t Runaway Bay tonight, 5 to 6 pm, I will be a grading classes, not striking.
Please some type of foot wear as weapon patterns and arnis will be preformed outside. Regards Sir.
