Saturday stretch
Using a chair to stretch when you’re stuck in an office can be really handy.
Here are some things you can use to break up those desk stints.

5 things you can do with a dining chair that we do in a pilates studio (sort of).
MAKE SURE your chair is sturdy and secure. Place it against something to support it so it doesn’t tip. Use a workout stepper as a substitute if you don’t have a suitable chair.
This is different to how you would feel on Pilates apparatus. But if you don’t have access, why not use what you can.

Wednesday’s workout
Using your dining chair and a fitball you can create a mini workout that doesn’t require a lot of space. Add the reps. Build up to 10 each side. Add resistance in the form of weights or get creative with a resistance band (if you feel safe enough to do so). Always do what is within your bounds and knowledge as well as energy for the day. Build a routine with this and other videos.

Tuesday’s Tips
Getting down to and up off the floor can be challenging. If you can do this, don’t stop doing it. Use it or lose it.
If you’re working on this try doing these things. When you get better at doing the less challenging (for you) option move to something more difficult. This isn’t the only thing you need to practice for the task, but building this into your routine will help.
Saturday stretch
Feeeeet! Yours might be screaming at you now that it’s Saturday.
Here are a few foot stretches for you to help your feet feel good.
Do what you can.
Do them daily if you’re having foot issues.
Gradually add more range to your while foot, including the toes, ball, arches, ankles.
Your feet will love you for it.
