A photo that pretty much sums up everything I love about what we do 🤍

Strong women.

Supporting strong women.

Some of these ladies have been training together for years.

Through busy seasons.
Through stressful seasons.
Through kids, work, injuries, hormones, holidays and everything life throws at us.

And that’s the thing about strength training…

It’s never really just about the weights.

It’s about confidence.

Consistency.

Community.

It’s about having a group of women beside you who understand what it’s like to show up tired, stressed, overwhelmed and still choose to do something good for yourself.

The jumper might be new 😍

But the values behind it aren’t.

Strength.
Support.
Connection.
Women lifting each other up.

And honestly… the 6am crew are a pretty special bunch.

I think a lot of women spend years chasing a version of themselves that no longer exists.

The body before babies.

The body before stress.

The body before hormones shifted.

The body before life got busy.

But what if we’re asking the wrong question?

What if the goal isn’t to go backwards?

What if the goal is to build a body that supports the life you’re living now?

A body that can carry groceries without hurting.

A body that can travel, play, lift, move and keep up with life.

A body with strength, energy, confidence and resilience.

A body you trust.

Because every season of life asks something different of us.

Motherhood does.

Perimenopause does.

Aging does.

Life does.

And strength helps us meet those seasons with more confidence and capability.

Not because we’re trying to become who we were.

Because we’re becoming who we need to be next

One thing I’ve learnt over the years…

strong women still need recovery too.

Mobility matters.
Stretching matters.
Breathing matters.

Because women carry stress in the body in ways they often don’t even realise.

Tight hips.
Tense shoulders.
Clenched jaws.
Holding our breath.
Always rushing.
Always bracing.

And eventually the body starts asking for softness too.

Not because you’re weak.

Because the nervous system was never designed to stay switched on all the time.

This is also why I love combining:
strength
mobility
pelvic floor & breath work
recovery
and slower movement together.

Strong muscles should still move well.

A strong body should still feel supported.

And honestly… sometimes stretching at the end of a long day feels like therapy 😅🤍

Strength training changes so much more than women realise.

Not just physically.

Yes, building muscle helps support:
✔ metabolism
✔ hormones
✔ bone density
✔ posture
✔ energy
✔ healthy aging

But honestly?

The biggest changes I see in women are often the ones you can’t measure.

Confidence.
Capability.
Trust in their body again.

Women start standing taller.
Moving differently.
Feeling stronger in everyday life.

This is why I care so deeply about strength training for women.

Not punishment workouts.
Not smashing yourself into the ground.

But learning how to build strength properly.

Progressive overload.
Good movement.
Pelvic floor & core connection.
Recovery.
Consistency.

Strength that supports the female body instead of fighting against it.

And honestly… the girls are absolutely thriving in this space at the moment ✨

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how different women become when they start feeling supported properly.

And honestly… the 6am girls are building something really special at the moment. A couple of spots have become available ✨

Not judged.
Not intimidated.
Not pushed into exhaustion.

Supported.

Supported through:
strength training
good coaching
community
pelvic floor & core safe movement
consistency
and being surrounded by women who genuinely want to see each other thrive.

Because women feel different when they feel strong.

They stand taller.
Trust themselves more.
Move through life differently.

And one of the coolest parts of what I get to witness every day…

is women slowly reconnecting to themselves again through strength.

This isn’t about perfection.

It’s about:
showing up
learning
building strength gradually
and reconnecting to yourself again 🤍

The women beside you understand exactly what it feels like to start.

We laugh.
We lift.
We support each other.
And we build strong women together.

I don’t think strength training just changes women physically.

I think it reconnects them to parts of themselves they’ve slowly lost underneath stress, motherhood, hormones, exhaustion and years of putting everyone else first.

Over time, women start:
standing taller
trusting themselves more
moving differently
speaking differently
showing up differently

Not because they suddenly became someone new.

But because strength helped them reconnect to who they already were underneath it all.

And honestly… that transformation is about so much more than muscle 🤍

There’s something incredibly powerful that happens when women start strength training properly.

Not for punishment.
Not to shrink themselves.
Not to “bounce back”.

But to feel strong.
Capable.
Supported.
Connected to their body again.

Over time, strength changes more than muscle.

Women start:

trusting themselves more
moving differently
taking up space again
feeling more capable in their everyday life

And honestly?

I think so many women are craving that feeling.

To feel like themselves again.

This is why I care so deeply about creating a safe, welcoming environment for women to train in.

Pelvic floor & core safe.
Coached properly.
Progressive and supportive.
No intimidation.
No pressure to be perfect.

Just women building strength together 🤍

The 6am crew are honestly building something pretty special at the moment…we need a few new family members to join us here

and with our community continuing to grow, we’ll also be opening new 8:15am sessions in 2027 on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays ✨

This is how we build strong women 👇

Not through punishment.

Not through smashing ourselves into the ground.

But through consistency.
Progressive overload.
Good movement.
Recovery.
And learning how to work WITH the body instead of against it.

Strength training for women is one of the most powerful things we can do for:

bone density
muscle mass
hormones
metabolism
confidence
energy
quality of life

Especially as women move through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond.

But HOW we train matters too.

This is why I focus so heavily on:
✔ pelvic floor & core safe movement
✔ proper technique
✔ breathing & connection
✔ gradual progression
✔ coaching women individually
✔ honoring how the body feels day to day

Some days we push harder.
Some days we pull back.

Both matter.

Because real strength is built over time.

And honestly?
That’s exactly what’s happening with the 6am girls right now 🤍

The community.
The consistency.
The confidence.

It’s pretty special.

A fresh week over here ✨

A restful weekend.
Some quality family time.
A Sunday afternoon find-a-word puzzle 😅
And honestly… a chance to refill the tank a little.

I think women forget sometimes that rest isn’t lazy.

Recovery matters.

Slowing down matters.

Because when we actually take a moment to breathe, recover and reset…

we show up differently.

More patient.
More grounded.
More capable.
More ourselves again.

This week, instead of throwing yourself into chaos straight away…

maybe focus on:
✔ nourishing your body
✔ moving daily
✔ drinking water
✔ getting outside
✔ going to bed a bit earlier
✔ supporting your nervous system

Little things.

Repeated consistently.
