Will be Tuesday and Thursday down at the club 6pm start

We will be doing a bit of a weight session and bit of field work
So please bring
- runners
- Boots
- water

Wellcome to our Coomera crushers 2024 womans team page

We are having a fun prep session touch games and BBQ on the 9th and the 16th of December 8-10am
Everyone is welcome to come and have a look
And bring a friend or two

Prep session will officially start on the 23rd of January 2024 starting about 6pm
