The relation between Hip and knee stability.

If the hip muscles are weaker, hip/pelvis can drop leading knee diving towards to the other knee, which in turn leads to compression of the kneecap. This mechanics can lead to knee pain.
Weak or inactive gluteus, it turns out, can create an unbalanced hoop to knee rhythm, poor movement flow and joint health in the knee, and even can reduce ankle stability.
A weakness in muscles around the hips can affect the position of your thigh and knee when you are walking, running, surfing, climbing stairs, playing tennis and …… The weakness in your hips can cause a collapse of the kinetic chasing, and can be one cause of your knee pain.

# Kneeling Hip thruster Single leg step up stability.
This a unique exercise I use all the as part of Morning routine, legs day or even to correct, reset and rehab my clients.
You should never miss your stability work.

Try to 10 reps each side 1-2 set a day! It will take you 5 min to do.
