IFBB PRO 선수를 영양 부터 운동, 재활 등 관리 해주는 코칭직을 맡게 되었다.
그렇다고 내가 최고 라는건 아니다.
왜냐 나만 옳다고 여기는 순간, 우리의 관계는 끝나기 때문이다.
내가 코치 로서 여기 까지 올수 있게 된 이유 중 하나 인듯 하다.
항상 배우는 마음으로 일에 임하겠다.
우리의 같은 목표, 입신양명(立身揚名), 올림피아에 이름을 남기는것.
체지방을 30% 에서 10%로 떨구는건 쉽다. 하지만 체지방 8%에서 4%로 떨구는게 더 힘들다. 즉 목표에 가까워 지면 가까워 질수록 장애물은 더욱 많아 지니까.
그래도 시도는 해보자. 할수 있다고 믿는 사람은 그렇게 되는거고, 또한 할수 없다고 믿는 사람도 그렇게 될수 밖에 없으니까. Big picture, right? Thx2u 🤞
