Movehood MOVEHOOD is not a gym or a dance school, it is an emotional territory where women stop moving out of obligation to start moving by choice.

Here, movement is more than just a workout. It's the path back to your energy, confidence, joy, and sense of self. Latin american rhythms... with a latinamerican instructor !! you need ..bottle of water, towel and comfortable clothes ....
