When we started the concept of SHUJAA in 2016...we didn’t know how far we would have come...Thanks For investing your time and money in us and we hope we brought some value into your lives. ..it’s been a journey full of learning and great memories...

As with every organisation there comes a moment to assess and change course...2019 was the toughest year for us so far..in the interest of being honest and transparent..this year was big and rough and challenging in various ways... we had to retreat and reassess everything just like Warriors would in times of battle and hardships..
..

I wanna thank for being a solid Friend first and a great business partner. I wanna thank the n for being part of our journey.

Personally ( ) I took a break to trim and prune some edges in my life farm..I had a few injuries that prevented me from being 💯 for and offer my absolute best service and according to my standards. ..hence the reason to retreat and avoid compromising my standards of excellence and work.

Today I rebuild and start a new fitness journey full of rehabilitation and building strength to run again and do gym regularly ...you can follow the journey at .

Moving forth given the various stages we at and I have decided to restructure . Please follow him and see the exciting things he’s doing on his end.

As for I will retreat and see how best to re brand and move forward depending on my goals and visions.

There comes a time when you need to Get out of your comfort zone and jump into the combat zone...where you fight for your faith, scream, cry, sweat, blood and tears and digging deep and Step it Up to find your strength ,courage and fortitude.

Is it hard? Yes, at times, maybe most times ...but the struggle or journey to get past your comfort zone..to win however that looks for you...to be a better version of yourself....hard and painful as it may....as a Warrior, never forget that it is worth it.

Here’s your Tuesday Tip on how to execute the humble push up for some sweet gains. Biggest emphasis is knee push ups are a VERY suitable and valuable alternative if you can’t do toe pushups...no shame...it still works and activates the intended muscles...start from there , build strength step by step and progress accordingly. :
