Our goal is to help all busy mums thrive in a community of likeminded women who encourage, support and inspire her to be healthy, energised and confident every day. This is done through our local group fitness classes and online training community, we welcome you to join! :)

We always hear things like
✨it’s so important to set aside some ‘me time
✨we must love ourselves first before we can love others,
✨give to others from the overflow of your cup
& so forth…

But what we don’t often hear about is the discipline required to do these things.

You don’t need discipline to press snooze, eat maccas, or watch Netflix

But you definitely need discipline to perform genuine acts of self-love like exercise, eating nutritious foods and journaling.

Who agrees?

Self love comes from disciplining yourself to workout, eat well and get good quality rest even when you don’t feel like doing so. That is true self love - knowing that you are worth the short inconvenience and discomfort taking those actions takes, so that you can reap a long, healthier more fulfilling happy life in the long term.

If you’re reading this you’ve probably joined a gym before OR you’re already aware that you won’t like it - the vibe, the people, the machines = so intimidating!

That’s the story we often hear when clients of ours leave to join a gym… but they’re often back training with us not long after they left.

Why?

Because after training with our fit fam, it’s a lot harder to be motivated to exercise alone.

After exercising 5x a week with us to not going to the gym at all, it’s a no-brainer: some mamas NEED that external support that a group gives them.

I know so many young busy mums are on the lookout for something more relatable, sociable and friendly, aspects that a gym often doesn’t have.

4 ingredients to long term weight loss:

SCHEDULE IT: schedule your workouts so you can’t say you ran out of time ⌛️

Invite friends: you’re more likely to do something if others are relying on you! Invite friends or make friends who have the same goals as you.

Make it FUN: don’t do yoga if you find it boring, don’t go for runs if you hate it- find something you ENJOY + it won’t feel like a chore.

REWARD YOURSELF: the feeling of endorphins + knowing I did a workout is enough of a reward for me.

Other ways to ‘reward’ yourself include
➖ ticking off the day in your diary
➖ having your morning coffee til AFTER your workout
➖ listening to a podcast or your favourite music on the way home from your workout

Remember: rewards don’t have to cost money or be big, they just have to bring you joy ✨
