ROUND 9 | RESULTS 💪

A tough but important weekend for the Roos, with the Reserves leading the way with a strong 85–38 victory over Pacific Pines.

The Seniors battled hard but were unable to match Pacific Pines, going down 41-65, while the Women's side suffered their first loss of the season against a strong Coolangatta outfit in a top-of-the-table clash.

While the results didn't all go our way, there were plenty of lessons to take from the weekend as we look ahead to Round 10.

The boys head to McCauley Parade Oval, while our women return home for a top-of-the-table clash with Coolangatta. Get down there, get around them and help us pack the boundary in blue and white.

Round 8 Results 🦘

🌧️ A big day of footy for the Roos on Saturday, with the Women’s side grinding it out in a muddy battle at Pac Pines, while the men took on Bond University Bull Sharks at home.

At Pac Pines, our Women’s team set the tone early in the wet-weather scrap, controlling the contest with pressure and intent. After a tough run with injuries and finishing the game a player down in the last quarter, the Roos showed serious grit to lock in a resilient 33–8 victory 💪🦘

Back at home, our Reserves went down 26–130 in a competitive clash with Bond Uni, followed by the Seniors who battled hard but were overpowered by the Bull Sharks, finishing 41–74.

Plenty to be proud of across the club, and plenty of Roos fight on display 🦘🔥

🚨 ROUND 7 RESULTS 🚨

A mixed day out for the Roos on Saturday.

Our Women’s side kept the momentum rolling with a dominant 37–13 win over Labrador, extending their undefeated run and continuing to set the standard for the club 💪🦘

Earlier in the day, the Reserves went down to Burleigh 111–2, followed by the Seniors who fought hard but were defeated 134–32.

Not the results we were after in the men’s grades, but plenty of effort across the board and plenty to build on moving forward.

Big focus shifts to next week as we reset and get back to work 💙

Round 6 & Round 3 Results 💪🔥

Our women’s side continued their outstanding start to the season, remaining undefeated with a strong 45-22 victory over Byron Bay in Round 6.

Our reserves put in a determined effort against Carrara in the replayed Round 3 clash, but were unable to come away with the win, going down 47-79.

Unfortunately, our senior men’s clash against Carrara was once again postponed due to the weather.
