You don’t have to do a massive overhaul, you can start ticking things off your list and making these swaps.

Here’s how to track your meal prep when it’s done with multiple ingredients you can’t seperate at the end.
If you’re making this and consistently eating it across the week, close enough is good enough when popping it into containers. Why?!
You might be over one day by 5g of whatever it is, it’s going to be missing from another meal because you’re already tracked it as a whole.
Think of it like cutting a cake, if one person got a bigger piece, means someone’s gonna have that scrawny lil piece on the other side (just make your meals more even than this please haha)

Consistency like this doesn’t just happen by accident, it comes from a client choosing to show up for herself every single day, even when it’s not convenient or exciting. I can give the tools, the structure and the program, but I can’t do the work for you. That part comes down to the client, and this is what it looks like when someone really commits.
I’m so proud of the effort behind this. The sessions that were done when motivation was low, the meals that were prepped when it would have been easier not to, the check ins that stayed honest and consistent.
That is where the results are built.
This is your reminder that you don’t need to be perfect, you just need to keep showing up.
Can either be sitting wishing & waiting or working.

Will admit I forgot to screenshot a lot of what I listened to or read this month but the last one has definitely been a guilty pleasure lately 🤭
Hope your April is whimsical, wonderful & full of wins.
Lifting heavy and taking creatine will not do that I’m sorry.
If it did, we would all be strong, buff, jacked and only doing one trip with the grocery bags.
Wild that people who choose to eat ‘normal’ get labeled as extreme all because they meet their daily requirements.
It’s more frowned upon to eat real butter than it is to smash down some chemicals and fake food.
Just remember if you want to ‘live a little’ you need to respect your body & treat it well so you can do just that. Can’t do it when you’re unwell that’s for sure.
