Hey Guys it's been a while, just thought I let everyone know we are still ticking along, but flying under the radar, as to say, we are located on the Gold Coast now, and have been training throughout the past couple of years... Will post up some pics and videos of how the progression has been!!!

Well Guys it will be our last training session tonight and we have decided to have a BBQ and a couple of beers afterwards just because we can !!! Be good to see you there!!!!👍🏽👊🏾🤙🏽

To all our members, it is with heart felt sincere apologies that I have to inform everyone that as of the 29th of June we will be closing the Gym.

This has been a very tough decision to make, but due to work, family and personal commitments I have found that I can no longer continue teaching and give my full commitment to my members so I have had to make this very tough choice.

On behalf of my family I would like to thank all those that were apart of our Typhoon family in same way or another and we would like to thank you all and appreciated your support.🙏🏽
