Realistically, social events will usually involve alcohol and if we were being honest, some times do get more enjoyable with some drinking involved.
Its not the social drinks that we need to concentrate on, its the effect the alcohol is going to play on the hard work we put in through the week.
Many people may stick to just Vodka because of minimal calories, which yes, is a better option as compared to beer and ciders usually packed with sugar and calories.
But it is the effect that alcohol will play with Insulin that we need to focus on.
Insulin is the most powerful hormone in our body, it transports our food for energy, or in some cases, excess food to stored energy (fat is stored energy) and effects our mood throughout the day. It plays a significant role in determining our results in weight loss.
However did you know that a big night out drinking can effect your insulin levels for several days after a night out?
So much that it can almost inhibit your chances of fat loss for days after until you have your levels of insulin back at a controlled healthy level again.
I guess maybe you can understand how some people may train hard and eat healthy during the week but never lose weight due to their big social weekends all back to back.
But what is a way to fast track insulin back to a healthy level to get back into far burning?
Fasting!
When you fast, it is a period of time more than 14 hours that you do not consume ANYTHING OTHER THEN WATER!
I have to put capital letter on that as that point does seem to confuse people.
"oh what about........"
"No."
"Oh but surely I can still have....."
"no. nothing but water"
"Oh but coffee is fine"
"Is coffee water? Does your body store coffee naturally?"
"oh well no"
Once you intake something other than water, your body has to stop repairing, break down what you have consumed and then get back to work again.
Your two options to fast track this.
Fast for a minimum of 14 Hours (I think 20 hrs is a good number to hit)
Or
Intermitted fasting
8hr sleep
8hr Window to eat and exercise
8hr of fasting

WE HAVE STARTED!
4 days in and already kicking butt.
I wish Instagram would allow me enough room to write as much as I want to about everyone in this BOOTCAMP or ONLINE challenge.
It has been an incredible week already just getting to know everyone but most importantly what has been the best thing I have seen is a fantastic group of people who are motivating each other in our group chat.
And just naturally!
You can’t force this!
We have in America performing some pretty full on workouts this week
We have a video here of Who wasn’t able to fully complete her morning workout so she performed a workout on a hot day in her back yard
Unfortunately couldn’t make the first 3 days but still managing to keep active in times what would usually throw other people off
Probably getting the most sadist workouts I could give and still not a single complaint - pure athlete mentality
Watch this spare - this friendly and motivated bunch will knock your socks off

Good morning Team!
first and foremost, a happy Monday to you all!
Again I have to congratulate those who started their own small journey on the Rapid 2 Week Diet and those who continued to ask questions - I love it!
There have been some great results! You should be very happy and proud of yourself even if you only just did it for a few days, the first 72 hours are the most important if you pushed through that, you have won! :)
Secondly and a little importantly,
It's only 2 weeks until the 10 in 8 week challenge starts.
because of the amount of personalised diets and programs that I have to write out I will say that this will be the last week available for sign up.
There is only about 2 positions left for the Pac Pines location.
You snooze you lose!

Rapid 2 Week Diet
If you have been sticking to this so far I have to give you a put on the back because in the next day or so you will have reset your basic hormone receptors.
For the next few days we need to focus on your waste.
As gross as it sounds!
But its an important part in wasting bag gut bugs - the ones responsible for food cravings and aiding in long term fat storage.
Remember that not one diet fits all - Just the principles that can relate to most people.
Some people are finding themselves too full.
Some are finding they are still hungry.
GREAT!
Just keep in contact with me so we can make adjustments.
Always keep in mind that there are some sacrifices that do need to be made at times - If you have been eating a highly processed diet and used to amplified foods you will need to wait until your taste buds reset on your tongue until you can start really looking forward to vitamin rich food compared to the regular garbage.
Nothing happens without effort.
If you are still not hitting the toilet at least once per day then I suggest you possibly change to a vitamin rich liquid based diet for another 24-48 hours.
Pump the fruits and vegetables to a combination of your choice to help clean out your bowels.
Take notice at the change of your waste in the toilet.
If your waste if giving a long and very sticky stain all along the bottom of the porcelain which takes a hard scrub to get off...
or,
If your waste is completely shooting out of your bottom like water on a daily basis..
These are signs to watch out for and ensure they do not continue.
Your waste should easily come out without the feeling like you still have more inside you but can't push it out.
